From one late-night owl to another, the "LOVE" letters were actually my first decoupage project. Someone gave me a little kit with a bottle of the decopauge and a flat sponge brush. I coated the back of the paper, pressed it on, then coated the top of the paper to add the topcoat. I worked in both big and little pieces so it was sort of patchworky. Make sense?
