My Husband Rocks! Friday

Once again it's Friday, and once again it's My Husband Rocks! time. I love this. Sometimes I get concerned that I'm redundant, but, hey, since he's my husband and this is my blog, I can talk about him all I want, right? Thanks, Katy Lin, for having this idea in the first place.

I have probably talked about my husband's ability to do any project he lays his hands on, but I examined that more carefully this week. Our Tuesday morning Bible study classes started this week. I am privileged to lead one of the classes. No big surprise here, it's TrueFaced. I'm telling you, it's a good book. Anyway, I was introducing myself to the ladies in my class (you know I love to talk about myself), and I started talking about my husband (I love talking about him, too). One of the ladies jumped in and told about when my Sweet Husband helped her husband get a water leak fixed at her house. I told them all that he could do just about anything...plumbing, mechanical, woodworking, general maintenance. I started thinking about the women in that room and several of them have either benefited or have family members who have benefited from his help. He is so selfless with his time and is willing to jump in and help where he can.

He makes me proud to be his wife because he is diligent at work, at church, and at home, but also when helping others. Not only do I respect him for his willingness to help others, but other people around us respect him, as well.

Thank you, my Sweet Husband, for your willingness to help others when they need you. You know I need you always!

That is wonderful! My husband is the same way and someone is always needing him to help with something, and he always does it willingly. We laugh because whenever we visit his family, someone always says "Oh, while you're here...." and he ends up with a project! Have a great weekend!
